VAM (Arrarex Caravel V1.0)

This is a complete VAM V1.0.  This is the first model of the Arrarex Caravel that was produced.  There are interesting features such as the boiler locking mechanism that is not found on later model machines.  There are a lot of really neat details that were removed from the newer models to cut costs.  This machine has been well regarded as one of the best vintage lever machines for a good reason. It is simple to maintain, and it makes really good, small espresso shots.
