I don't know about you, but it didn't even occur to me that Congo grew enough coffee to export to the US. This is one of the most unique coffees in our offerings with very interesting florals as well as some slight spice and caramel. Pulled on espresso, the earthy caramel flavors really shine. Pour overs will accentuate more of the florals and lime tasting notes.
